An elegant, black tie winter wedding held in the historic Farnham Castle, Surrey. Florals were kept simple in design, but abundant, focussing on white with a hint of Christmas and hand died velvet ribbon.

I created a giant Christmas wreath, around 8 ft in diameter, finished with a wider version of the bridal bouquet ribbon, which was hung as a backdrop for the ceremony. Florals were added to and in front of the twin ceremony tables, which were later placed on the trestle tables.

Statement greenery was also entwined around the staircase to greet guests as they arrived for the ceremony.

The floral showstopper of the day was the chandelier, which featured lush greenery and a plethora of white blooms cascading down. This was suspended high above the breakfast trestle tables, which were cleared for the evening and replaced by the dancefloor.
